Great Mom&Pop RESTAURANT. Yellow Submarine Burger for me and the waitress helped my dieting wife. Even settled the baby down. I get greeted at the door, sit and order food and a cold beer in a clean restaurant, listening to the jukebox where they provide table service and they like my kids. I'll pay for that!
I like the personal touch.

Wow. A review of Timbo's with no mention of its predecessor, Little Hipp's. How old are you anyway? (Little Hipp's closed in 2002, and it's predecessor, Hipp's Bubble Room, closed in 1980.)

Man i have going to this place since it was in Spring Branch. Think you guys got it right. It is a solid burger. The Yellow Submarine is something to try. Two patties with jalapinos infused into the patties. Pretty good. The tots here are the BEST!!!

Everyone remembers "Little Hipps" - maybe you should also remember that 'Tim' of "Timbos" managed "Little Hipps" for at least 10 years before it was closed became "Armadillo's".
Having been to Timbo's MANY times (including the Spring Branch version) - I believe that the burgers - tots - fries and Shy Pokes are every bit as good at this address as they were before. Service is the same - mostly the same folks doing the service..

SO... if you liked Little Hipps - I can't imagine why you don't like Timbos.... IDO!!!
It is still my favorite of all on your list!
